Delivery terms
The products in this online store are sold by Sunday Knitting Club Oy (Business ID 3495711-8). The prices of the products displayed in the online store include VAT. When ordering outside the European Union (EU) and Finland, the customer is responsible for any customs and other fees, which may not be apparent at the online store's checkout. The customer must accept these terms and conditions of delivery to place an order in the online store.
Payment methods
You can pay for your online store order by using the payment methods available in the shopping cart at any given time. Currently, Shopify Payments is the payment service provider.

Delivery methods
We deliver your order to your desired address with the help of our logistics partners (e.g., UPS, Posti or D.B. Schenker) according to the current price lists. You will see the up-to-date delivery prices when you add the delivery address and select the delivery method as you proceed through the order steps.
If you choose "pick up in store," we do not charge delivery fees, and the order is usually ready for pickup by the next business day at the latest. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.
FREE DELIVERY
For the time being, we offer free delivery for online store orders under the following conditions.
Finland: order total amount €95 or more (does not apply to Åland Islands).
Sweden and Germany: order total amount €200 or more.
USA and Canada: order total amount €300 or more.
Delivery methods may vary by country, and you will see the available delivery options at the online store checkout. We are working on making free deliveries available for other countries as well in addition to those mentioned above.
Return Policy and Practices
When purchasing from the online store, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of your purchase if you are a citizen of EU. Please note that returned products must be unused and unaltered – thus, suitable for resale as they are. Please contact our customer service at info@sundayknittingclub.com if you decide to cancel your order, thank you.
If your order has already left our store before the cancellation of the purchase, we reserve the right to withhold the delivery fee from the total order amount and issue a refund to the payment method you used during the order process (e.g., Visa/Mastercard). If you wish, you can also receive a refund as a gift card, in which case we will not deduct delivery costs, but you will receive the full amount you spent as a gift card. The gift card will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
