Are you dreaming of your first knit? Or are you struggling with understanding instructions and working top-down?
The hugely popular "My First PetiteKnit Sweater" course is back at the request of knitters! Led by the Sunday Knitting Club team, we will make the super popular Danish PetiteKnit Novice sweater together with yarns of your choice. You can choose either the Novice Sweater OR the Novice Mohair Edition sweater pattern for your course project.
Course date
We meet every two weeks on Tuesdays from 6-8 pm:
- April 7th, 6-8pm
- April 21st, 6-8 pm
- May 5th 6-8pm
In the course you will learn:
- read the knitting pattern
- to knit from top to bottom
- make increases and decreases in knitting and
- to finish knitting.
You will also receive tips on finishing, knitwear care and yarn choices.
During the course we will knit the PetiteKnit Novice Sweater , Novice Sweater - Mohair Edition or Novice Sweater -Chunky Edition pattern together. You can choose the pattern yourself and the yarn for it in our shop. You will receive expert help on site regarding yarn choices, instructions and supplies.
The course price includes:
- PetiteKnit Novice Sweater pattern of your choice (pattern value €8.90),
- 3 courses at the Liisankatu store (total of 6 hours of supervised instruction)
